Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By installing the KuraVault browser extension or using the kuravault.ai website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service provided by UnWatch.AI LLC("Company", "we", "us"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. The "Sovereign" Service Model

KuraVault is a local-first software application. You acknowledge that:

• Data Ownership: You own 100% of the data you save. We do not have access to your vault, your search history, or your AI summaries.
• Local Responsibility: Because your data is stored locally, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. We cannot recover lost data from your local IndexedDB.
• Infrastructure: We provide the software (the "Dojo"), but you provide the hardware and the data.

3. Shogun (Pro) Lifetime Licenses

If you purchase a Founder's Edition or Shogun Lifetimelicense via Polar.sh:

• One-Time Payment: You are granted a non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Pro features of KuraVault.
• Updates: This license includes all future updates to the KuraVault core application.
• Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the product and the local-first architecture, all sales are final. However, we strive for 100% satisfaction; please contact us if you have issues.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

KuraVault is provided "as is" and "as available." UnWatch.AI LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the software's fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall UnWatch.AI LLC be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use KuraVault, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
